The unit has been ever busy with another year of interesting and varied activities. Unit numbers are also on the up - perhaps the major summer expedition to Norway being a big draw! Activities have included an initiative test on the Isle of Wight, an Easter trip to North Wales climbing and ditch digging, our Golden Welly victory, organising District Darts in the Bowls Club, District 5-a-side Soccer (losing finalists - again!), gardening duties, successful Jumble Sale, Cotswold Marathon, Bed Race, Night Navigation in the Forest, Barn Dance, Caving, GlosAid charity collections, Winter Hike in Norh Devon, joint evenings with other Venture units, the list goes on! And of course excellent progess has been made by all with the Scout Training programme.
