With the Venture Scouting Relaunch - new logo, training programme, etc - the 44th finds itself substantially reduced in active members and perhaps not 100% certain where it all fits in. Unfortunately the traditional misconceptions of Scouts and Scouting still persist - we need to de-bunk these and show the true value of Venture Scouting in the 44th Tommies style! The next 12 to 18 months will prove crucial.
