Traditionally the first of the house competitions, House Art aims to reward Houses for getting a full complement of student entries in each category, as well as encouraging a high level of effort and achievement from individuals.
Each year Mr Lockey sets the competition categories and rules, then adjudicates all the entries. The Art Studios are available lunchtimes for the competitors to complete their masterpieces, although extension of the choice of art forms that can be used is seeing an increasing entry from the 'digital sector', as boys utilise specialist software on their home computers.
